Enrollment
3 year old/Rising Preschool Enrollment Steps:
1. Complete the GOOGLE INTEREST FORM
Three year old classes are filled on a first come, first served basis based on the timestamp of your completed form.
2. Wait for your confirmation email
After completing your online application, look for a confirmation email within 48 hours detailing the next steps.
3. Complete TK Powerschool and Procare Enrollments
This must be completed within 15 days of receiving your confirmation email.
4. Pay enrollment fee
Once your Procare account is activated by a staff member, the $75 enrollment fee will be added to your account. If registration is not completed and the enrollment fee is not paid, your spot may not be guaranteed.
5. Return all required documentation
Health appraisal and Child Information Record must be returned by May 1st, 2026. This completes your registration and teacher placement/open house information will be provided in late August.
4 year old PreK GSRP Enrollment Steps:
1. Complete the GOOGLE INTEREST FORM
We will gather your child's information to gather general interest and aid in the enrollment process.
2. Beginning February 26th, enroll online @ KentISD and provide necessary documentation

All students will be required to submit:
- Birth certificate
- Proofs of residency
- Immunization records
- Proof of income
3. Once notified of placement by KentISD at TKECC, TK will send you instructions to complete Powerschool enrollment
This must be completed within 15 days of receiving your confirmation email.
4. Return all required documentation
Health appraisal and child information card must be returned by May 1st, 2026. This completes your registration and teacher placement/open house information will be provided in late August.
Wraparound Care Enrollment Steps:
1. Complete WRAPAROUND CARE APPLICATION
Wraparound care is only available to students enrolled in full day 4 year old classes. Enrollment will not be determined until you have a confirmed place in a GSRP classroom.
2. Enroll in Procare
This must be completed within 15 days of receiving your confirmation email.
3. Pay Wraparound Care Enrollment Fee
Once your Procare account is activated by a staff member, the $50 enrollment fee will be added to your account.
