I have lived in West Michigan my whole life.  My teaching career started as sub in the elementary schools in 2018. I became an employee at the preschool in 2019 as an aide in a tuition classroom.  I am currently working on my CDA to further my career.  I have a passion for early childhood education and love watching my students grow and learn.

 

I am married to my husband Mike who is a Tool Room Manager at Erwin Quarder in Grand Rapids.  I am a mother of 3 children, two sons and a daughter.  My oldest son Taylor is engaged and has 2 children (Rylee and Millie).  He works as a Field Supervisor for Dig It.  My daughter Shayne is currently studying Sports Business Management and playing soccer at Cleary University in Howell, MI. My son Joey is a student at TK High School and enjoys football, wrestling, fishing and hunting.

 

I enjoy family time, watching my kids play sports, and spending time with friends. I love traveling, relaxing at home and watching movies.  I have one German Shorthair Pointer named Piper and two cats (Mittens and Bobcat).

 

I graduated from TK and all of my children have attended TK schools.  I love the district and I am very blessed to be part of the TK family.
